Duties/Accomplishments include:
• Created and executed on detailed monthly social media plans for supported games
• Coordinated with PR and Marketing teams to ensure that titles get the best promotion and support across all channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
• Planed, scripting, and executing company's most successful livestreams, occasionally hosting major guests
• Responsible for 75% of entire company's organic impressions on western social media over a 6 month period
• Crafted PowerPoint decks to sell internal teams and external partners on new promotional ideas & concepts
• Wrote up daily reports covering all social media channels and storefronts for supported games, including community sentiment and performance metrics
• Revamped reporting methodologies for entire department for clarity, efficiency, and increased data points
• Created standardized process documentation for team to work from covering all aspects of managing a title
• Wrote or re-wrote copy for major game announcements
• Recorded footage and took screenshots for use in promotional materials
• Ran event booths and persuaded influencers to sign up for our streamer partnership programs
• Helped build and setup company LinkedIn page
