Duties/Accomplishments Include:
• Handled all Western social media posting across 7 platforms
• Brainstormed new social & event content, as well as creating comprehensive document to catalog & organize new content
• Created template for weekly sentiment reporting across social channels
• Negotiated and set company up with social media & reporting tools (Sprout) for improved efficiency and additional data points
• Created an in-depth Community Preparation & Strategy document for upcoming unreleased title
• Created a comprehensive competitor analysis document, analyzing 4 games, providing key takeaways, strategic insights, and plan of action for one of our upcoming games
• Audited our Discord server and created a document of suggestions & improvements to improve server functionality and increase engagement • Vetted and brought on 9 new moderators for our official Discord server
• Worked with agencies on PR & Marketing content (created PR brief for major game update in first week)
• When faced with reduced art team bandwidth, proposed a series of reusable templates to maximize ROI for social content
