Senior Level Community Manager
Senior level Community Manager for Genshin Impact focusing on running internal user research program and leading moderation team.
Duties/Accomplishments Include:
• One of the Western owners for our user sentiment and research program, guiding planning, scheduling, and execution for each project from beginning to end, hosting player interviews, handling player communications, collecting data, and overseeing private Discord server
• PoC for Western division of company handling user data, NDAs, and reward/compensation distribution for things like playtests and user sentiment program. This included traveling to Singapore office to brief & lead team on Data Separation program, managing the decoupling of sensitive user data between regions to comply with privacy laws
• Reviewed and approved game documentation & marketing materials for western audiences
• Created documentation for programs & teams I lead to give my team and anyone else in the company full A-Z knowledge of how they are run
• Wrote/edited player facing emails for mass distribution, then handled distribution and followup communications
• Edited player interview questions for flow and clarity, as well as writing after action reports after interviews
• Handled planning and execution of live user research interviews at events where we had booths, such as Anime Expo, meet and greets, and popup shops with the highest metrics on my team
• Company PoC and team lead for one of our contracted social media moderation teams
• Improved Discord functionally, as well as created & ran community engagement events on our Discord server for our user research program
